School Nurse

The Weston School District is hiring a nurse for the 2026-27 School Year. This is a part time, as needed hourly position. This is not a benefit eligible position. The projected number of hours is 5-10 hours a month, this time is not guaranteed. There may be more hours needed in August, as we plan for the new school year. 

We are looking for someone that is willing to be flexible and assist with student health plans, staff training, medication documentation, parent communication, and immunization documentation are the major responsibilities of this position. There will be some days that it is necessary to physically be in the building when students and staff are, but this is not a requirement. 

Requirements

-Licensed School Nurse

-Registered Nurse and a community education course

-Willingness to obtain LSN or take the community education course

Kitchen/Custodian

The Weston School District is hiring a full time benefit eligible position for a combination kitchen and custodian employee. The hours for this position are 10:00am-6:00pm. Duties include but are not limited to:

 Kitchen responsibilities involve food prep, washing dishes, serving student meals, and following state nutrition regulations. Custodial responsibilities include building sanitation, floor maintenance (buffing, mopping), cleaning restrooms, and basic facility security.

Substitute Paraprofessionals & Administrative Assistants

✨ Preferred Paraprofessional Qualifications:
✅ 2 years of post-secondary education (preferred)
✅ CPR, First Aid, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training required (provided at no cost)
✅ Must obtain a Wisconsin Substitute Teacher License (District will assist)
✅ Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
• Transport students via school vehicle to off-campus classes
• Support classroom instructional activities
• Supervise and manage students in both structured and non-structured settings (cafeteria, playground, etc.)
• Assist with personal care needs including feeding, diapering/toileting, hygiene
• Operate office machines and use technology effectively
• Maintain confidentiality and display professionalism at all times
• Collaborate positively with staff, students, and families
• Be punctual, self-directed, and flexible with assignments
• Demonstrate patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor

Student Transportation Position

Weston School District is seeking a responsible individual to provide student transportation services at the elementary level. This position is for up to 3.5 hours a day, twice a day, following the regular school calendar.

Shift 1: 7:00-10:30 AM

Shift 2: 1:00-4:30 PM
