Elementary Paraprofessional
The Weston School District is seeking a caring, dependable, and student-centered Elementary Paraprofessional to join our elementary team. This position provides instructional and classroom support to students and teachers while helping create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment where all students can succeed.
Position Details
Position: Elementary Paraprofessional
Location: Weston Elementary School
Staff In-Service Begins: August 18, 2026
First Day of School for Students: September 1, 2026
Essential Responsibilities
Assist teachers in providing instructional support to individual students and small groups.
Support students academically, socially, and emotionally throughout the school day.
Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Reinforce classroom routines and behavior expectations.
Supervise students during instructional and non-instructional times as assigned.
Collaborate effectively with teachers, specialists, administrators, and families.
Perform other duties as assigned by the building principal.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
A high school diploma or equivalent; and
One of the following qualifications required for instructional paraprofessionals in Wisconsin Title I schools:
An associate degree or higher;
At least 48 college credits (two years of postsecondary education); or
Successful completion of an approved paraprofessional competency assessment (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with elementary-aged children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.

School Nurse
The Weston School District is hiring a nurse for the 2026-27 School Year. This is a part time, as needed hourly position. This is not a benefit eligible position. The projected number of hours is 5-10 hours a month, this time is not guaranteed. There may be more hours needed in August, as we plan for the new school year.
We are looking for someone that is willing to be flexible and assist with student health plans, staff training, medication documentation, parent communication, and immunization documentation are the major responsibilities of this position. There will be some days that it is necessary to physically be in the building when students and staff are, but this is not a requirement.
Requirements
-Licensed School Nurse
-Registered Nurse and a community education course
-Willingness to obtain LSN or take the community education course
Custodian
The Weston School District is hiring a full time benefit eligible position for a custodian employee. The hours for this position are 10:00am-6:00pm. Duties include but are not limited to:
Custodial responsibilities include building sanitation, floor maintenance (buffing, mopping), cleaning restrooms, and basic facility security.

Student Transportation Position
Weston School District is seeking a responsible individual to provide student transportation services at the elementary level. This position is for up to 3.5 hours a day, twice a day, following the regular school calendar.
Shift 1: 7:00-10:30 AM
Shift 2: 1:00-4:30 PM

Substitute Teachers
Interested applicants should have an associate's degree and a substitute teaching license through the Wisconsin Department of Instruction (DPI). The daily pay begins at $130, and increases based upon licensure.
