The Weston School District is located between Richland Center and Reedsburg in the Driftless Region of southwest Wisconsin. The district is made up of the small communities of Cazenovia, Hillpoint and Lime Ridge along with the rural areas between those communities. The district campus consists of one building for all students ages 4K through high school that is located in a rural setting on seventy acres of land. The campus includes an updated playground, a school forest, and a well-maintained school building with recent updates.

The candidate should also have the ability to develop solid working relationships with staff to enhance our school climate through collaboration and staff community building. The candidate should also have a strong belief in the ability to overcome poverty and circumstances with education and that all students can achieve at high levels. 

The preferred candidate will have the appropriate licensure for this position or the ability to be appropriately licensed. The candidate should have classroom experience that includes whole group, small group and individual instruction in multiple content areas.
