Noah Rothering has been a Biology/ Science teacher in the Weston School District since 1984. He earned his Master?s degree from the University of Miami of Ohio in teaching biological science and has bachelors degrees in Education Biology- Broad Field Science and Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin Madison. Prior to teaching at Weston Noah was a research lab specialist for two and a half years at the University of Wisconsin- Madison in the Dairy Science Department. He currently teaches Advanced Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, Biology, Ecology and Environmental Issues, and eighth grade Earth and Space Science. Noah is also the High Quiz Team advisor.

From 1984-1990 Mr. Rothering was the Boys Varsity Basketball coach at Weston High School. His teams were the Ridge and Valley Conference Champions during the 1988 and 1990 seasons. He was Class Advisor to the Classes of 1995, 2000, and 2009.  Past teaching assignments at Weston include seventh and sixth grade science.  In 1990 Noah took a two year leave of absence from Weston to teach at the American Collegiate Institute in Izmir, Turkey. During the 2003 - 2004 school year he was awarded a Fulbright Teacher Exchange and taught Biology in the International Baccalaureate program in Rovaniemi, Finland. He is married and has four children. His wife Mary Ann is also a teacher at Weston.
